Lemon Chiffon Pie
4 egg yolks, beat until thick
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbl. flour
1 lemon, juice & rind
cook over hot water stirring constantly
until ? and smooth. Fold in 4 stiffly
beaten egg whites. Lightly mixed with
1/2 cup sugar. Turn into a baked pie shell.
Bake 15 or 20 minutes 350 degrees.
